Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the TabDream website at tabdream.com and the creative services we make available through it. “TabDream,” “we,” and “us” mean the operator of TabDream. You can reach us at support@tabdream.com.

1. Your agreement and eligibility

By registering an account, placing an order, or using TabDream, you agree to these Terms. If you use TabDream for an organization, you must have authority to act for it, and these Terms also apply to that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and be permitted to use the service under applicable law. Do not use another person's identity or provide misleading registration or billing information.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Agreement to these Terms does not replace any separate consent required for optional cookies, marketing, or other optional data uses.

2. What TabDream provides

TabDream is an AI creative platform focused on image and video creation, template-based generation, and managing and downloading creation results. Features, supported models, input formats, output specifications, and account entitlements depend on what is actually available for the relevant task or purchase.

Examples and template previews illustrate creative possibilities. They do not guarantee that a task will reproduce an example, use the same model, or have the same duration, resolution, likeness, or quality. A preview or demonstration does not by itself mean that the depicted tool or model is available to use.

We may improve or replace models and features, perform maintenance, or apply capacity and safety limits. We will give reasonable notice of material reductions to a purchased benefit where practicable and provide any remedy required by law. Experimental features may change or be withdrawn.

3. Accounts and access

Keep your account information current and protect your password, login sessions, and any credentials you authorize. Do not sell, rent, or share access in a way that bypasses account, payment, or usage limits. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are responsible for actions you authorize through your account and for securing your credentials. This does not make you responsible for a security failure attributable to TabDream. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, failed payments, or security concerns.

4. Your uploads and our permission to process them

“Input” includes reference images, prompts, instructions, and other materials you submit. “Output” is the content returned or generated for your task. You retain your existing rights in your Input.

Only submit materials you are entitled to use. Obtain any required permission from copyright owners and from people whose image, likeness, personal information, or other protected interests appear in the materials. Do not upload passwords, payment credentials, identity documents, confidential business files, or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for creation.

You allow us to store, reproduce, transmit, and technically adapt Input and Output to run your tasks, deliver and save results, maintain task history, provide support, investigate abuse, and meet legal obligations. This permission extends to service providers only as needed for those activities. It is not a transfer of ownership or an unrestricted right to exploit your work.

We do not use your Input or Output to train our own general-purpose AI models or feature it in advertising without separate permission. Third-party processing is described in the Privacy Policy; these Terms do not promise that every model provider has the same retention or training practices. Permission for operational processing continues only for as long as necessary for the purposes above, including applicable retention obligations after a deletion request.

5. Using generated results and templates

As between you and TabDream, and to the extent the law recognizes such rights, Output belongs to you. We transfer to you any rights we acquire in Output solely by providing the generation service. You may use Output personally or commercially, subject to applicable law, rights in your Input, and any restrictions expressly identified for the selected model, template, or purchased plan.

This does not transfer ownership of the TabDream brand, software, interface, template library, demonstration assets, or third-party materials. Using a template through TabDream does not give you permission to extract and resell the template or redistribute its original preview assets as your own.

AI results can resemble other works or results generated for other users. We cannot guarantee exclusivity, copyright eligibility, factual accuracy, suitability for a particular commercial use, or freedom from third-party rights. Review results before publishing, selling, or relying on them. Obtain any additional music, trademark, likeness, or other rights needed for your use, and preserve any disclosure or provenance marking required by law or applicable model rules.

6. Prohibited activity

Do not use TabDream to:

• Infringe copyright, privacy, likeness, confidentiality, or other rights, including by uploading another person's materials without permission.
• Create or distribute child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate images, or sexual deepfakes.
• Impersonate someone, fabricate an endorsement, defraud others, or present synthetic media as authentic evidence in order to deceive or harm.
• Promote violence, unlawful discrimination, harassment, or other illegal or abusive conduct.
• Upload malware, steal credentials, probe another user's data, or interfere with the service or its providers.
• Evade moderation, rate limits, payment requirements, or account restrictions, including through multiple accounts or unauthorized automation.
• Extract or resell protected platform materials, remove required AI disclosures, or reverse engineer protected systems except where the law expressly permits it.

Model providers may also apply safety restrictions. Permission from a rights holder does not guarantee that a provider will accept a task.

7. Credits and generation tasks

Credits measure access to certain TabDream services. They are not a bank balance or investment, cannot be transferred or resold without our permission, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law. Purchased, subscription, and promotional credits may have different terms; any expiry or material usage restriction must be disclosed with the relevant offer.

Task cost depends on the selected creation workflow and its model and output settings. Review the displayed cost before submitting. Credits can be deducted when a task is created, before its result is ready. A subsequent change to our model configuration does not change the recorded charge for an existing task.

For template generation, a confirmed provider rejection or generation failure triggers restoration of the credits charged for that task, including a failed multi-step task. A task with an uncertain submission status may require investigation before we can confirm completion or restore credits. A delay alone does not establish that a task failed; contact support with the task identifier if it remains unresolved.

Differences in style, artifacts, or an outcome you dislike do not automatically constitute a technical failure. We will review reports of missing results, incorrect deductions, or service defects. Deleting a completed task does not itself refund its credits.

8. Purchases, renewal, and cancellation

Available paid services and their price, currency, billing period, included credits, and relevant limits are governed by the offer and checkout information presented for your purchase. These Terms do not promise a fixed price, permanent model access, or an unlimited entitlement.

If you choose an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize recurring charges on the terms disclosed at checkout until you cancel. You may cancel through Billing when that option is available, or contact support for help. Unless the purchase terms or law provide otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the current paid period; it does not reverse charges already incurred.

Stopping use, signing out, or requesting account deletion does not by itself cancel recurring billing. Cancel the subscription separately before the next renewal. A price change for a future renewal will be communicated in advance as required by law, with an opportunity to cancel.

9. Refund requests and billing problems

Contact support@tabdream.com for duplicate or unauthorized charges, a purchased benefit that was not delivered, or another refund request. Include your account email, order or task identifier, purchase date, and a description of the issue. Do not send your password or full payment card information.

We assess requests against the transaction records, usage, the terms disclosed at purchase, and applicable law. Depending on the issue, a remedy may be completing the service, correcting a charge, restoring credits, or refunding payment. We do not promise an automatic refund of a whole purchase merely because a subscription is canceled, credits remain unused, or a result does not match a creative preference.

Approved monetary refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible; timing depends on the payment provider. Benefits associated with a refunded or reversed payment may be withdrawn. Nothing here removes mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights.

10. Storage, resource links, and deletion

TabDream keeps task records and saved results so you can revisit your creations. Keep your own copies of anything important; the service is not a promise of permanent archival storage.

Task access and file access are different. Task lists, details, and the in-app download endpoint require the appropriate account, but uploaded reference images and saved outputs currently use publicly accessible media URLs. Anyone who obtains such a URL may access the file without signing in. Do not upload confidential materials or share resource links you do not want others to access.

Generating from a template does not automatically make your work an official template or authorize promotional use. However, it does not make the underlying resource URL private.

The current task-delete action removes a task from your accessible history; it does not immediately erase the stored media, provider copies, or backups. To request deletion of underlying files or personal data, contact support. The Privacy Policy explains retention and deletion limits. Locally previewed materials or drafts may be lost if you clear browser data.

11. Providers and external services

We use external AI, hosting, storage, authentication, and payment services. Generation may send necessary Input and task information through services such as OpenRouter or fal to the model performing your request. Provider availability, licensing, and safety policies can affect task acceptance and results.

Additional model or feature restrictions materially affecting your use should be disclosed with that feature or before the relevant transaction. External websites you choose to visit have their own terms. Our use of a provider does not remove responsibilities we owe you under applicable law.

12. Reports, restrictions, and account closure

Report unlawful content, an infringement, or a safety concern to support@tabdream.com. Identify the affected content or URL, your rights or concern, your contact information, and any supporting evidence. We may seek clarification, investigate, and restrict content within our control. Where appropriate, affected users may contact us to challenge a restriction.

We may reject tasks or suspend or close an account for a material breach, abuse, non-payment, a legal requirement, or a significant security risk. Where practical and lawful, we will explain the action and allow a response. You may stop using TabDream and request account closure through support. Save your results and cancel any subscription first.

Account closure may end access to stored results and unused benefits, subject to applicable refund rights. Necessary transaction, security, and legal records may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Service limitations and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, TabDream and its AI results are supplied on an “as available” basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, a particular creative outcome, or suitability for a specific purpose. Outputs are not professional advice or a substitute for independent review.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business opportunities. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not exclude fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or any liability, statutory guarantee, data-protection obligation, or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be limited. They do not shift responsibility for our own unlawful conduct to you.

14. Updates and resolving concerns

We may update these Terms as the service or applicable requirements change. We will update the date above and provide appropriate advance notice of material changes to fees, renewal, content rights, or other significant rights. Where the law requires renewed consent, we will obtain it. Changes apply from the date specified in the notice, or otherwise when posted, subject to applicable law.

Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a dispute. If no resolution is reached, either party may pursue remedies before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. Mandatory protections available where you live continue to apply.

If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These Terms, the purchase terms applicable to your order, and any expressly agreed additional terms form the agreement for the relevant service. The English and Chinese versions are intended to have the same meaning; any discrepancy will be resolved in accordance with applicable law and the rights it protects.
